Always top notch pulled pork and some of the best Hash in the area. Never really busy and food is served within minutes. This is always our goto spot when we have the BBQ bug.

They have really good food here. But I think that the workers need to be a little bit more mature. It's not that they're bad at what they do but they don't seem to take their job very seriously

Had the pulled pork dinner today with potato salad and green beans. The pulled pork itself was good and potato salad was ok but nothing to rave about. However the green beans tasted very bland and as if they had just come out of a can and had no flavor. The Hash was served over rice and the rice had a puddle of water sitting at the bottom of it so it was not enjoyable. The sweet BBQ also tasted like it came out of the bottle too. Overall not impressed.

Hickory DOES make the difference, and they are open more than just weekends. Well trained staff and very consistent priduct. Bigger portions than most. Plenty to take home for another meal.

Good place for BBQ. This location is one of my favorites. I will be bringing friends next time. The place has an awesome feel to it.

I visit this place a lot since I work close by. I got to say the service is always good and they keep the place well organized regularly. Pricing is reasonable and they serve large portions.

Why is this place still open with shanes being just up washington road and edmunds around the corner? The food and service is awful. I wish i didn't want to tell the truth but i have to. I tried this place once a few years back. So through the years i gave it 2 more chances thinking nothing could be that bad and remain open. So i thought i'll just pick up some chicken and steam some veges at home.🤮🤢EGAD AND DOUBLE YUCK. Who does that to a dead chicken and serve it. Sad to say i'm done. I consider myself a connoisseur of bar b que and smoked cuisine. This is bland tasteless reheated and old refrigerated type texture. This may be ok for some people. But for me its money thrown away because that is exactly what i did. Trashed it. I live a distance from mots to bring it back. So i just won't try any more.

Poor service. I waited in the drive thru after ordering my food for 10 minutes. 3 girls at the counter talking to a customer, there was 1 girl actually making sandwiches. No one came to take my money. I drove away.

Always good BarBque

We had Mott's cater our wedding. They did a great job. I recommend communicating with the owner about the details because she will be managing the catering. They arrived on time and had the food hot and ready despite about an hour of travel to the venue. It was delicious and we really enjoyed the leftovers.They helped serve as well and really did a great job.

Sorry GA this is NOT bbq. First of all the food was served cold. The ribs were inconsistent either falling off the bone or unable to pull off. The ribs had a weird greasy film on top. No flavor whatsoever. I also had the chopped pork and chicken. Both were so dry a gallon of sauce wouldn't save it. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 instead of a 1 is because of the sides. The macaroni and cheese and the potato salad were both really good. All in all it's not worth a trip.

They have been there doing great barbeque for quite a while. Pulled pork, hash and rice, collard greens, mac-n-cheese, homemade desserts are all very good!

More than just BBQ. Trish catered my daughter's black tie, 200+ guest wedding in Savannah. Outstanding food! Rosemary baked chicken, peach glazed pork loin, baked seasoned potatoes, blue berry blue cheese coleslaw, green jacket salad, seasoned vegetables and more! All the guest are still talking about how good it was! The serving pieces and line were beautiful. She and staff were impeccable and highly professional. Trish even stepped in and served the cake for us. I have used Trish and Mot's for catering a bicycle event for the last 14 years. Never late, never runs out of food and always good. If you need a caterer for your next event or your big day, I highly recommend Trish!

Smoked pork and hash is our favorite here, but they also serve chicken, ribs and occasions catfish.

I've been going to this restaurant since they opened back in 96' ever since I was young. Always had great service but the past year has been unacceptable. If you want a decent order of fries in the drive through you bed to get an extra order. Always check your bag for everything being in there. Hardly ever out sauce in the bag. With the pandemic going on my lunch break has been cut short, today I was in a hurry and they forgot to put my sauce in the bag and my Pepsi was nothing but carbonation. So now I have a bbq sandwich with no sauce and a Pepsi with no pepsi. I hate to leave a bad review but something needs to change with this establishment.

Very cool little restaurant!! The bbq is some of the best I've eaten!! They only hire high school kids and make sure they learn the importance of good grades. They must maintain a certain gps to keep working. Great people, great service, excellent food

Just went for the first time this afternoon. I had the brisket, which was falling-apart tender. Their baked beans were some of the best I've ever had and even the green beans were seasoned well and flavorful. Excellent staff - very friendly and personable. Will definitely return! Thank you!

We like a lot hanging out. Last night we came to this excellent restaurant which friends recommended to us. We passed a delightful time there with superb cooking and a courteous team and a great chef. We put this place in our list and we shall definitely return very soon. Highly recommended.

Good food but getting stingy on the hash and rice and forgot the potato salad even after the order taker repeated my order.So I came back later to pick up potato salad and they gave me the tiniest amount possible. If you want to retain customers you should have at least given a little extra. Spent close to $35 for just 2 people and that's crazy you'd not give a little something extra since I had to come back.

Mots was great! I had a good. Chicken sandwich! Needs to fix their AC though but good overall.

The preparation was good.BBQ chicken sandwich was great.Sweet Tea perfect.I think they cook from a place of consideration for the people who can’t consume heavy salts and seasoning due to high blood pressure etc.Which causes the food to be just OKAY and not GREAT. I suggest adding a little color in the kitchen to assist in building your success ladies. The meat is the easiest to cook So I wanted to select the side dishes because that’s what makes the meal.

They bake most of the meat so if that's ok with you. Enjoy.
